INFOCON Meeting Coordinator hired

Mary Tiedeman, of Crookston was recently hired as INFOCON'S meeting convener by the board. Mary is a native of Crookston. She works independently and serves on several non profit organizations through out the state of Minnesota and surrounding areas. Mary has an extensive background in financial services, development and fundraising. She has served and continues to serve on many boards. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota, Crookston. She received a certificate from the Center of Nonprofit Management at Saint Thomas University in 2006 for her completion of the Northwest Minnesota Foundation Nonprofit Excellence Progam .
Mary duties include the following:
- Coordinator of meetings and training
- Management of details for board and membership meetings including agendas/minutes/reports
- Oversees Best Practice workshop days
- Maintains regular communication with members and,committee charis on notification of training, grant applications and other relevent information assuring tasks are completed
- Record keeping
- Moniters school compliance with membership mandates
- Assists with the membership application process assuring all applications are completed and dues are paid
- Up-dates the INFOCON web page keeping it current
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
